Eric joined Massey Associates in June of 2021. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, he worked for architecture firms in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to Chicago in 2019. Eric is passionate about urbanism and the intimate scale of custom residential design. Outside of the office, he can be found exploring Chicago’s lakefront, neighborhoods, and festivals.

With over 15 years of experience working in Chicago and surrounding areas, Steve has collected expertise designing and managing residential projects of all scales, as well as mixed-use and small retail development. He relishes working with the client’s vision and pushing the boundaries for creative solutions. Outside the office Steve can be found on the golf course, continuously trying to become an amateur chef or planning the next European adventure with his wife, Renee.

After nearly a decade in Minneapolis with school and employment in key local architecture firms, Bill travelled to Paris to accept an internship at an atelier designing custom residences in Paris and the south of France. Upon returning to the US, he continued his professional studies at Yale while also interning with a New Haven practice that focused on housing and urban design issues. Arriving in Chicago, Bill worked for over a decade at an award-winning architecture firm where he refined his skills and sensibilities on the design and construction of numerous single family and notable luxury multi-family residences. Since 2005, with the formation of this practice, Bill has used his in-depth experience as the foundation and inspiration for creating distinctive and client specific design in the Chicago area and beyond to Wisconsin, Michigan and Colorado.
